Feline Vaccination Schedule
The following is a general vaccination schedule for your cat.
Please consult with your veterinarian for specific recommendations and vaccination due dates.

FELINE VACCINATION RECOMMENDATIONS |

6-8 weeks of age
|
· Distemper--Initial, boosters every 3 weeks for a total of three vaccinations, then yearly booster
|
|
9 weeks & older
|
· Distemper--Initial, booster in 3 weeks, then yearly booster · Rabies—Initial at 12 weeks of age, booster in 12 months, then every 3 years · Feline Leukemia--Test is required prior to vaccination. Initial, booster in 3 weeks, then yearly booster |
Feline Leukemia / Feline Immunodeficiency Virus Testing
A Feline Leukemia/FIV test is required prior to vaccinating your cat for these viruses.
This test is recommended for cats with the following risk factors:

Exposure to the outdoors

Exposure to cats of unknown origin
