once each month at no charge, until the puppy reaches the age of 6 months.

Puppies 12 weeks and older must have a current Rabies vaccination,
and a vaccination for Bordetella is strongly recommended.**
**You must sign a waiver if your puppy has not been vaccinated for Bordetella.
