1. Payment is expected when services are rendered. Unfortunately, due to numerous defaults, no payments plans are available
2. We accept debit cards, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express) checks and cash. All cards must be signed by the owner of the card.
3. When unexpected illness strikes a pet, unexpected expense strikes as well. JAMC understands this and is able to make some special arrangements through the CareCredit program. NO SHOW/LATE CANCELLATION POLICY- Please be aware of our no show/late cancellation policy. If you do not show for an appointment or cancel less than 24 hours prior to your appointment time, you may be subject to a fee starting at $25.00. We have numerous patients trying to get in, and sometimes we are so busy we have to turn some patients away. It is heartbreaking when another pet misses their appointment, because it means we could have seen the pet in need.
